Babcock Future Engineers Experience of the Workplace

We are pleased to share that applications are now open for our Year 10 Future Engineers Experience of the Workplace programme for 2026.

 The programme will take place at Devonport Royal Dockyard from Monday 6 to Friday 10 July.

 Throughout the week, students will work in teams to design their own submarine, take part in guided tours of the dockyard, hear from members of staff through presentations and talks, and enjoy a range of other engaging activities.

 This unique five‑day experience offers students a valuable, first‑hand insight into the workplace.
