Creative Arts - Carman trip

🎭 Our final Creative Arts trip of the year! 🎭

What a fantastic way to round off an incredible year of Creative Arts experiences! Our students travelled to the Theatre Royal Plymouth to watch Matthew Bourne’s The Car Man – a spectacular, surprising and sensational reimagining of Bizet’s Carmen.

The production captivated everyone with its breathtaking choreography, powerful storytelling and unforgettable performances, giving our students plenty of inspiration to take back into their own creative work.

We were also incredibly proud to see two of our own students working as part of the Theatre Royal’s Company 15 Work Experience programme. 🌟

👏 Annabel was welcoming audiences as an usher on Door 2 of the Stalls, scanning tickets, directing theatre-goers and answering questions with professionalism and confidence.

👏 Saba was shadowing the Duty Manager, gaining a behind-the-scenes insight into how the Front of House team keeps everything running smoothly on a busy production night.

It was wonderful to see our students not only enjoying world-class theatre but also playing an important role in making it happen. A brilliant way to end our Creative Arts trips for the year!
