Last term students from year 8 and 9 had the unique opportunity to create garments for a fashion show held at the Bedford Hotel at the end of October. Students were given a collection of recycled materials including crisp packets, newspapers, cd's, and bin liners to cut, stick and sew together to make four original outfits in just one day. 

 Students worked tirelessly to design and make some outstanding pieces. They worked well in their teams, showcasing their exceptional talent in fashion and textile design. Penny Blackmore who curated the fashion show was thrilled with the students outfits and said they were a highlight of the show.
