After two hands-on school sessions learning fire lighting, whittling, bread making and marshmallow toasting, our Girls Do Dartmoor group headed out to Westdown.

The girls took part in an observation walk, tackled some problem-solving challenges, and even tried a bit of tree hugging along the way. It was a brilliant chance to explore their local area in a new way, build confidence outdoors, and connect with the landscape around them.
