Progress Evenings
Progress Evenings are an important part of your child’s learning journey. They provide a valuable opportunity for you to meet with your child’s subject teachers to discuss academic progress, celebrate successes, and work together to address any challenges. These conversations help set clear, achievable targets to support your child’s continued development.
You will receive an email invitation a few weeks before each event, giving you the chance to book appointments with individual teachers.
All our subject progress meetings take place face-to-face, and meetings with your child’s tutor are also held in school.
For a full list of Progress Evening dates, please visit our College Events page.
If you need any information at other times during the year, please contact your child’s tutor, who will ensure your query reaches the right member of staff.
Guide to Using Our Online Parents’ Evening Booking System
We use the TES Parents’ Meetings (SchoolCloud) platform to make booking and attending parents’ evenings simple and convenient. Here’s how it works:
Booking appointments
- You will receive an email invitation before each parents’ evening with a link to the booking system.
- Log in using your details (usually your name and your child’s details).
- Select the teachers you wish to meet and choose from the available time slots.
- Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your schedule.
Managing your bookings
- You can view, edit, or cancel appointments by logging back into the system.
- If you need help, contact our Data Manager, Laura Roper, at l.roper@dmatschools.org.uk
Reminders
- Email reminders will be sent before the event. If you haven’t booked, you may receive a reminder to do so.
We look forward to seeing you at these evenings and greatly value your continued support in helping your child achieve their full potential.
